The purpose of a Capital Reserve Study is to estimate the amount of money that must be funded annually
to replace those common element components that will require replacement before the end of the effective
life of the project.
The Communications and Engagement Committee assists the Board in the development and implementation of social and recreational events and activities for the residents of Potomac Overlook. The committee will also assist the Board in sharing updates and important information more broadly with the community, as needed.
The Landscape and Grounds Committee makes recommendations and advises the Board on the infrastructure and Uplands Common Areas and areas that the Uplands HOA operates and maintains. The Committee provides recommendations to the Board on policies and rules to promote the Uplands Common Areas for the benefit of the residents. It also addresses the improvement, maintenance, and replacement of landscaping, hardscapes, and street and landscape lighting throughout the community.
