About the Uplands HOA

The Uplands HOA is an umbrella homeowners association that includes nine Sub Associations in Potomac Overlook, all of which are condominium associations consisting of townhouse-style condominium units.

All property that is part of the Uplands HOA is within the boundaries of National Harbor, Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Attended Gate at American Way

A pilot gate staffing initiative will be implemented for the American Way entrance. Beginning Saturday, August 9, the security gate will be staffed on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

National Harbor does not control the back gate. It is controlled by the PG Police Department. For traffic or security questions at National Harbor please call the National Harbor Public Safety Office 24 hours a day at 301-567-9171. For emergencies dial 911.

Uplands Capital Reserves Exhibit

The Communications and Engagement Committee assists the Board in the development and implementation of social and recreational events and activities for the residents of Potomac Overlook. The committee will also assist the Board in sharing updates and important information more broadly with the community, as needed. 

The Landscape and Grounds Committee makes recommendations and advises the Board on the infrastructure and Uplands Common Areas and areas that the Uplands HOA operates and maintains. The Committee provides recommendations to the Board on policies and rules to promote the Uplands Common Areas for the benefit of the residents. It also addresses the improvement, maintenance, and replacement of landscaping, hardscapes, and street and landscape lighting throughout the community.
