To report a parking violation within the Uplands HOA (PO-3 through PO-10) please complete the form below. Your personal information, while required to submit a report, will not be disclosed to anyone outside of the Uplands HOA Board of Directors or management.

Fields marked with an * are required.

    * Attach a photo of the vehicle you are reporting in violation of the parking rules.
    Also please include a photo of the parking permit (or lack thereof) from the driver's side front windshield:
